DNS Check: No Color Output on Windows, Suggest UI Enhancement

Running the dns check command in cmd/PowerShell doesn't display the expected colors, making it hard to identify the correct DNS. A UI for this output would greatly enhance usability.

What's your suggestion for the expected colors?

I suggest using a simple UI having green colors for available DNS and red for the blocked ones, this would help the user distinguish better between the DNS and use the proper one
