File not found problem encountered when using class Tex

Please use English here.

• You should set temporary_storage in the yml file (there is a warning has told you to do this)
• You should add the bin folder of LaTeX to the PATH env variable. Now you get 'latex' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. which means system can't find the latex program.
