[BUG] Documentation: Some functions missing from API docs

Describe the bug:

For instance here: https://21cmfast.readthedocs.io/en/latest/reference/_autosummary/py21cmfast.drivers.single_field.html there is only one function listed.

Assuming that the others are missing due to them being decorated?
