debug image .tiff rendering

.tiff works in the list view in various places (this uses the ThumbnailCreator comp) but fails when we try to render the image in our standalone image renderer. part of the issue is probably image/tiff not being in our supported content types, but after just trying to add that as a quick fix its still not working. thinking this shouldnt be too hard
