Creating servers --JSON does not work AND when creating servers with the same human readable name should error or at least warn.

Hi all,

From the 1P Developer Community, there is an issue whereby a user is creating multiple connect servers and is unable to distinguish against them due to not knowing which server ID points to which server.

There are 2 requests from my perspective:

1. Implement the --json flag, so that users can more easily process the response
2. Error or at least warn that an existing server with the same human readable name has already been created.
