#559 removed the De-risking Guide's links to the Standish Group's CHAOS and HAZE reports due to a security problem on the Standish Group's server. Unfortunately, their cert continues to be invalid. To inspire trust among people seeking to verify the guide's claims, could the links please be restored, perhaps by pointing at recent archive.org snapshots?
