I didn't know about this attribute and you're right about the performance boost. I haven't had time to give it a serious review, but I'll likely merge it soon. Thanks for this PR! |

This PR changes the way inputs are found within the form. Instead of
$element.find()it uses$($element[0].elements).filter(). This is much faster than using find and has the added advantage of including inputs outside of the form that are associated using theformattribute. It also fixes #519.
