Add support for Telegram bots and encryption of the account authorization token.

In general, I would like to see bot support in Telegram in the form of sending one-time action data. I use one bot to show whether a streamer is active via TwitchPointMiner and Uptime Kuma, to show whether my server is working or not. That would be great, and as for encrypting cookie data, that would be great in that it would be safer for ordinary users. I understand that it won't protect against professional hackers, but I think it would be great against ordinary ones.
