feature request: show the most popular products on the first page

currently the first page is taken up by all the beers and some of the drinks
which delegates the snacks to the second page

perhaps it's possible to show the 7 beers
followed by the 5 most popular non-alcoholic drinks
and the 6 most popular snacks
or maybe the 4 most popular snacks and 2 swag items on the bottom half row?
